Reservations & Payment
  • Valid personal information is required for all reservations.

  • Payment is accepted via cash, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, and UnionPay credit card.

  • Prices are subject to availability, season, and hotel policies.

Check-In & Check-Out
  • Check-in: From 14:00 to 17:00. Check-out: From 08:00 to 11:00.

  • Guests must present a valid passport or ID upon check-in.

  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Guests must review the cancellation policy at the time of booking. A no-show or late cancellation may result in a penalty charge, including a one-night stay fee.

Hotel Rules & Responsibilities
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all hotel areas.

  • Pets are not allowed inside the hotel premises.

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property.

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to guests violating policies.

Dining & Room Service

Astoria Hotel serves breakfast daily. Guests also have 24/7 access to meals from Dariali Restaurant, available for in-hotel dining at the same price.
